So I went ahead and called ebay and here is what they said:
-Issues with color of the item are viewed as buyer’s remorse (which Ryanne always says!!)
-just allow the deadline for the requested return to go by (which is July 31st in this case)
-They will step in and notify the buyer that she will need to pay the return shipping

As Jay and Ryanne always say, just call and that ended up being the best course of action!!
