Yes, thanks to Ryanne.  Paypal will print yr label if the item was paid on their service.  Otherwise, Shippo!  It was quick and easy to sign up; they sinc yr ebay info.

Thanks, both of you.  I rebooted and tried another browser and it still didn’t work.  Will try clearing cache & cookies.  Ryanne, I’ve heard you mention messaging ebay on Facebook.  Is it just their regular ebay page that you’ve used?  Love ya, cheers!

Never mind. It was the managed payments that I thought we all had to sign up for. Turns out they’ll notify sellers when they can or should register. Whew!

To follow up on my problem above: Instead of calling ebay I first tried starting anew on the same listing. Bingo, it went through without a hitch. Must’ve been a glitch on their end, but it gave me a scare. 🙂

On the tax table page each state is listed and one can put in the %. I had nothing on anything, but checked Clear All, then save. Got msg “This feature is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.”

WTH–guess I’ll have to call.

I hadn’t listed any new items in one to two weeks, although I have relisted some items using “sell similar.” Today I got back in the saddle and after attempting to list one item I got the dreaded red letter message saying

“It looks like there’s a problem with this listing.
The selected tax rate is lower than the minimum allowed value, or greater than the maximum allowed value.”

I assume this is tied to the tax they are now collecting. I looked up tax rate and found how to change it through Site Preferences, Sales Tax Table. I don’t know what to do now–all the states are blank. Please advise; can’t list.
