FOUND IT, with the help of an agent on the phone. Took me 50 minutes to navigate Help and find the right number.
On Seller Hub, go to Performance. In Sales box, change to Last Year. Scroll down to box titled Selling Costs. There it is!

I recently had my first IND in over 5 years of selling. He didn’t open a case or contact me; just left negative feedback and an irritated note. I’ve responded kindly and suggested he check the PO and neighbors. No response. Shall I try to request feedback revision?

I’m assuming that after refreshing your photos are gone, as mine are? Yup, it didn’t used to be like that; create page could be open as long as you wanted.  There’s a glitch somewhere; surprised more aren’t experiencing it. 😞
Dahlyia,  I suspect that having a listing page open for a good while may contribute to the problem. I’d suggest trying to open create listing page and get it done asap. and yr right; save draft, even copy/paste elsewhere yr description text if it’s lengthy. Very frustrating; grrrrrr
