I totally agree, it doesn’t make sense to me…but the theory I’ve read (more than once), is they put new sellers listings higher up in results to hook them in and gain a new customer. Again, I don’t believe it and I’m glad I did go with a store because I think it’s going to be the best choice in the long run. Gotta be careful reading a bunch of strangers opinions on the information superhighway. Some people just love to be negative and think everyone is out to get them.
I just logged in to say that not only people in Texas knew/know about Gilley’s! I was born and raised in South Carolina and I may or may not have owned (and wore) a crop top Gilley’s t-shirt when I was a kid (and I’m a boy…ahh, the 80’s). Yeah, nothing weird at all about dressing your son in skimpy clothes advertising a honky tonk. =D
Yeah, I was using it upright/hanging up as well. As soon as I turned the power on and it started to heat up, it just started leaking water out of the gun/wand (not sure what you call that). Luckily I had 24 hrs to return it so I returned it today. I plan on buying another one soon though (if/when I find one for the right price).
