Did you guys already pay back your paypal loan? Just curious as to how long it took to pay back, they estimated mine at 7 months. I just took one out to buy a foreclosed home, its a pretty awesome thing because my bank offered way less money with almost double the interest.

My plan once my taxes are done is to look for a flip house to work on for the next year to generate some cash and put that money into another multi unit home. Then keep doing that until im 40 or so and retire lol. I love doing ebay though and dealing in vintage so I dont think ill ever quit.

This podcast change my life, this is my forth year full time on ebay. 85,000 in sales last year. Bought a duplex and have been dumping every penny I have into real estate. Ive met a couple pivotal people in my life in the last ten years and these guys are one of them and ive never met them lol.
