Hello all, I’m at the good job right now that I still think about leaving, so this week’s podcast is especially interesting to me.
We are definitely putting our house up for sale the top of next year to really cut our costs, and then we will look at our work lives, and our lives in general. All good, we are taking the steps, eager for change and more freedom.

My best Magic Lantern glass slide sale, $254 to a return buyer from Australia, paid full price and sprang for Priority International shipping as well. This is a strong price for a Magic Lantern slide. I paid under $1.

Who knows? It’s not easy to scientifically compare the two platforms, yet why not sneak in my own little kick while eBay is being bum rushed for its seasonal naughtiness. Hopefully this week will be full of healthy sales for all across all selling platforms. Bring on the cheer this week!

Some cool sales of my own to share, and its nice to be able to post here weekly again. As long as the sales continue…This old pair of boat oars sold for $222 on Etsy, paid $20 after extra hard bargaining, packing was a bear but one I had skinned before, and USPS from Florida to Alabama was only $20 Priority! I bargained during the summer slow down several months ago at a baking hot Florida Flea. I put another $20 into the hand of the vendor this past Saturday, and have found this kind of cooperation pays off both spiritually and economically. Something to think about.

I more or less list and forget, yet I am starting to edit older listings a little at a time and also adding free shipping. All of my Etsy listings are free shipping now, basically forced to go that route and it actually seems better, at least over there.
As for clothing sizes, I take way to long in listing clothing making sure the buyer has all they need and I’m blameless on my end. Sort of like what Tony2Times does yet I sell so little clothing it is not really relevant for me to be too opinionated.

He is using it with the vintage car he actually purchased from the dealership back in the day.

This lot of Star Wars Boba Fett characters sold for $90 and cost me nothing as a result of a trade.
Honestly they could have been parted out for at least twice as much, but I valued the time saved more.

Tuesday I watched a buyer haggle with a Flea seller over a grinder and finally purchased it for $4.00. I had my eye on the old beat up wooden box it came in. To answer your question about the earrings and International shipping.
It was just a gut decision. One of those weird conscious decisions I have grown to trust over the years. If I had more than a few earrings like that up for sale, I would have opened up to International shipping. With only one pair up for sale and expecting decent money, I just decided to circle the wagons and keep the sale in the US.
