Personally, I contact the buyer and tell them about the issue and the mistake they made. Instead of waiting for them to answer I refund them their money minus the shipping and relist the item. If they want to buy it again they can do so. The way i see it is, the item has beeng off ebay for probably a month from the time of the 1st purchase to the time when the item comes back. Last thing i want to do is spending more time on that subject and clicking the relist button is so much easier than starting a whole new conversation.
HI, quick update.
So everything is back to normal. Because I received such great help from MyCottage and Sigilini, i started to realize that some of my sellerhub page were not responsive. What seemed to be an easy way to resolve my first issue turned into another problem.
Anyways, yesterday evening after spending a few times calling ebay, my pages started to be responsive again and i was able to use MyCottage and Sigilinis suggestion on how to separate my unsolds from the rest and it worked.
Thanks for helping me.
Awesome, thank you Sigilini.
Yes, so here is whats happening, and i figured that out after i tried few times the way you explained it.
I can see it in the drop down menu but when i select and hit search, it does not respond to my request and reloads the same page with everything in it.I also just received an email from ebay saying that a technician is working on my account. So lets see what happens
MyCottage: I tried that a few times and it didn’t work. It seems like everything gets pulled into the unsold section. Everytime i go back in, the actual number of unsolds goes up.
Super strange, maybe it is just my account, or maybe a few accounts but it sure feels like a poltergeist took over.
Yes, everything showed up as unsold. My active listings stayed active but also went into unsold. Sold items went into unsold and unsold items from months ago.
It is the first time it happened to me. But from what i see on the ebay community pages it has happened before but non show a real solution besides calling ebay.
Definitely Escargot Dish, big thing in the 70s and 80s. This dish was actually used to cook the snails without the shell in some garlic butter and cheese breadcrumbs on top. I am saying it cause of the thickness of the dish itself. Many different variations were made. Nowadays this dishes are used for other food items.
