good job. i know it’s a pain to do it, but worth it if you know you are right. i fought FedEx on a claim last year when they even admitted to have damaged it in shipping. it was right there on the tracking and they still denied me! so i fought it and won.
i think in need a pair of these for myself though.

for this situation, you should just say ‘sorry you are unhappy, return for a refund’ let them return an as-described $9 item. i doubt they will.
friday is not a holiday, so there will be USPS service. so i believe that if something sells Thursday, you need to ship Friday. but i get where you’re going with that. that’s confusing. i would say you need to ship Friday if a sale occurs on Thanksgiving.
but clearly buyers remorse for color. say that!
yeah, call ebay, see what should happen next. they seem to handle it differently every time.
we started in the last recession and we figured that the people who usually bought new at retail stores were the ones ‘downgrading’ to buying used on ebay. seemed crazy to us that people just don’t buy used all the time like us. but i feel people buy used when money is tight. for us scavengers, when money is tight, we buy nothing, but we’re not normal.
call them. that’s what i always do. i’ve even had them close the case after i called.
if the republicans lower taxes for self employed folks, and lower healthcare premiums for everyone, i’m all for it. let’s see what they do.

change your handling time in the bulk editor (or in business policies if you have that opted-in). then we message people when they buy that we’ll be shipping on X day, as seen on our listings handling time and thank you for your patience with our delay.
