that’s weird i thought it was free. i would ignore that email? hmmm strange.
the last time this happened to me with GSP i was told that the buyer was responsible for all shipping, even through hassle free returns. maybe that was a while ago, but i believe it walks you through the steps or providing a label and you have the choice to say ‘i cannot provide a label for this country’. did you choose that? and is that why they escalated? that is a bummer, for sure.
after some googling, i think this is a hand hooked style.

there’s no way i would have gone through all that just to remove the glass, because it’s still a huge item to pack because of the frame. i guess $750 would make me think otherwise though. nice work!hmmmm, i don’t think i’ve ever seen that happen and you guys know i call A LOT!
i wish i knew the answer to this. i also have this issue. if i went in and revised a big heavy coat, then tried to list a tie, the settings from the last item are automatically input on the listing. it is kind of annoying. i would love to know if there is a workaround/default setting for listings you can apply.
wow, i have never seen that before. amazing. anyone else seeing this?

or don’t pick up again. if he wants to return it, he needs to go through ebay’s process. i’ve had buyers call me just to say they loved the item. i was truly shocked!12/09/2016 at 12:52 pm in reply to: What Sells On eBay: Travel bar, Tube stereo, Charlie Brown, Slot car set #7721http://www.scavengerlife.com/subscribe

i would not trust the automated system of opening a case and hoping they’ll close in your favor, i’ve never had that work. i ALWAYS CALL to state my case. always call!
i had a woman return some fabric because she shrunk it after washing it saying it was INAD, she even included a note that said ‘i shrunk this in the wash’. clearly i won that case, but i had to call to get it closed.
12/08/2016 at 4:35 pm in reply to: Customer wants artwork removed from frame for shipping… Jay & Ryanne did this? #7652that’s a good point. if you have the buyer requesting this change in the messages, that should cover you. you could also just clarify in another message that they really do want the frame/glass removed.
