Thank you I will try that.  I’m really at a loss here.  I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do.  I just had to stop messing with it for the day…..I was getting too aggravated.  But essentially my store is gone….I can’t do anything in there :-/

Yes I am aware….or push 0, which is what I normally do LOL……However, I was not given the opportunity to push any numbers…..it simply told me to look on the website and hung up :-/
