I am surprised so much is selling. I am nervous I will sell through all of my stock and not be able to source!
Yes and I changed my handling time to 1 day on everything I feel more in control although the storage unit was not much of an inconvenience. I did find a few of my listings still stuck on free shipping so I changed that. Curiously enough those listings with free shipping also had formatting that eBay did not like. I could not bulk modify those listings and I had to go into each one. Once into each listing when I went into the description eBay prompted me to remove the formatting before I continued to edit the listing. I had to tap that twice (on my iPad) before it let me edit the description. Once in it dod not remove the formatting which showed up as HTML. I had to backspace and remove it myself. It was tedious but I got through them. About 100 out of my 700 or so listings.

It was not, it was simply packed incorrectly and got damaged
So when I called eBay they said they are phasing this in to “reduce clutter” on the site, remove old non-relevant listings so buyers can find they stuff they are looking for.
I found this text on ebay
http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/questions/listing-ended.html
If your listing has been active on the site for more than a year without sales, then we may remove it.
Review the email you received from us. It contains information about the listings that were removed and next steps. My listing process. I use and iPad and an iPhone I have iCloud photos setup and I pay for extra iCloud space because of these photos and to accommodate my devices being backed up.
I take all of my photos on my iPad I feel it is more stable I use a light tent. I then usually sit the items on my iPad.
When I get new product I take a photo of it on my iPad. If I get a lot of items I first take all of the photos then open up my laptop with my iPad next to it. I create the listing on the laptop save as draft then finish the listing on the iPad after adding photos. Since I have a full time job and family I can not always do this.
The second way I list is on my iPhone when I get time since the photos automatically upload to my iPad and iPhone I can list on my iPhone.
Raynne if you set up photos on your mac the photos you take on your phone or iPad will go into your photos app you can then back them up.
Hope this helps
MarcYes dicks sporting goods does this near me. They get a dumpster at the end of the season and dump excess inventory in it and damage it before they dump it
Bonanza just sent me and email saying I should use free shipping. All I could hear is jay laughing.
Here in northern NJ I find most stores have enclosed compactors so diving is out of the question. When I was in my teens Columbia house cd club had one of their warehouses near my house we used to right there on our bikes. I have almost every CD from the 1980s! I remember we used to grab so much of the stuff and go home and switch out all of the broken jewel cases and cds for the good ones. Fun times.
There are a few towns near me that have bulk pickup once per month I put a reminder on my calendar and drive around before work. It is amazing what people throw out. Sometimes I pause and can’t believe what I see. Some of the great stuff I found are:
I vintage lego set complete from 1989 sold for $400 and I pelican hard case i sold for $150
