I just wanted to thank you both for your help, I hate calling ebay but it looks like it’s the only way to handle this ongoing problem. As I ramp up my store and sales increase I can see this is not going to end anytime soon so yeah I will handle it by calling next time.
By the way @mark-s , that last one finally arrived and the buyer added that statement to his item not received complaint but the knucklehead didn’t close the case! lol, I have asked him to but so far crickets, I have to wait 3 more days for ebay to close it. Guess I will be calling in the morning.

Well that sucks I was hoping that eBay was being reasonable. I’m not going to call them I’m just going to let it escalate to them making a decision and see what they do. They can see that I mailed the item on time and it’s not my fault clearly. I will let you know what happens.

I use Chrome on a PC and I haven’t had those issues. I would suggest that you clear your browser cache and check to see if the browser needs an update itself.
Wow that really works, I filed my missing mail report and the next day I see all kinds of scans going on, lol. I’m glad too that was a $120.00 sale and I didn’t take out any insurance so I was pretty worried. Thanks again @sharyn you really helped me out, much appreciated !!

@cdils Yes Love the ‘ching’ it’s like my most favorite sound, lol. The packing is my least favorite part for sure. It is crazy how stuff sells so consistently when your not even making a real effort.
My stupid contract job is ending soon so I have to go back full time on ebay, it’s good to know I have it to fall back on and that it actually works.
@retro-treasures-wv I totally agree. We are really lucky here in Mississippi covid-19 is just about non existent anymore. Everything here is nearly back to normal, I sure hope they don’t come up with something new, lol. We are enjoying being able to eat out again. Me and my wife both caught covid-19 back in Jan this year but we had really mild symptoms. I understand they are concerned about the variants now but hopefully they will keep it under control.
Hello @Theresa, thanks for writing and letting me know I’m not losing my mind, lol. I was getting very frustrated with the whole thing this morning. I hope they get it sorted out soon.
I don’t know what happened, I printed 2 labels just fine around 6am and then came back at around 730am and everything changed, all my labels started printing with no margin on the left edge or the top edge so the only way I could use them would be to tape over part of the barcode with clear tape which I did not want to do. It was a total mess.
My solution was to print the label to a pdf file and open the pdf file with FOXIT and print it using that programs generous box of alignment tools. Worked perfectly but it was just a small hassle to deal with. I have looked over all of my brother printers settings and find nothing changed. I have no idea why it started doing that and I can find no way to make it leave a margin even using the print dialog.
It’s not that big of deal so I went, made coffee and got on with my day, lol

Since you have already accepted the return then I would suggest you contact eBay to see how to proceed.
