I think I must have hit the print label button on both packages, but accidentally printed the same one twice and closed the other without printing. My computer opens a new window each time I print a label. I do all my labels individually on a regular printer.
Thanks for the heads’ up about using pirate ship and changing the return address. I’m going to try buying and sending the new label now.
Thanks everyone. Between the advice here and my teenager’s help, we finally got it figured out. I’m going to spend some time today ending and renewing listings. I appreciate all your advice, Craig. I feel like I have several old listings that have had no interest in a long while. I’m curious to see if this might help.
Thanks all for the advice! After several messages from the seller, he finally decided to return the CD for a refund minus the shipping cost.
Hi Joe, apparently I was wrong in thinking I had linked my checking account rather than Paypal to ebay. My Paypal is actually linked to my personal checking account because I only used it to transfer funds to my checking account. Now it is taking money from my personal checking account for shipping charges. Ugh. Paypal won’t let me add my new checking account for my ebay sales, and I can’t contact anyone at Paypal over the phone. It’s such a mess!
Does anyone know if there is a way to just take Paypal out of the equation? I would prefer for my shipping charges to come straight out of my ebay checking account now.
Thanks to all of you. I think I have it all figured out now. Refunds have been sent, and I think I got my info changed so my funds will be pulled directly out of my checking account now instead of paypal for shipping charges.

Mark S, I had the same problem when I set mine up. I spent awhile on chat with a customer service rep. He walked me through a couple of things, but nothing worked. He said I would have to go back and manually enter everything that didn’t integrate. What a pain. I still haven’t done it.

I have a little scavenger too! She’s three and loves going with me. I hope she continues to enjoy it. Her brother and sister are teenagers and gripe about having to go with me, although they have and do sell stuff sometimes too.
That is my concern, the order not going through GSP. They keep messaging me telling me that they have contacted ebay from their end and assure me that if I just send them an invoice through Paypal, it will all work out. I’m a little leery though. I think I’m just going to let this one go. Thanks for the responses. They assure me that my gut feeling was right.
I live in Texas, near the New Mexico border. It isn’t uncommon for me to come across Native American artwork in this area. I am careful to research them well before listing.
I just looked up one sculpture I have listed, Karla, and it is under “Collectibles > Decorative Collectibles > Other Decorative Collectibles”
It looks like I will be calling ebay to figure out what the problem is. Thanks for all the responses.
