Why did they ban you? We don’t have any outlets around here, but I wish we did.
03/07/2020 at 2:38 pm in reply to: How to list an item when you can’t find any info about it’s very existence? #74861If I went back to price it, I would do the same price. In the long run I am happier with a sale at a lower price vs waiting forever to possibly make a sale at a higher price. The longer it sits the less inventory I can buy. In turn that means I am losing the chance on possibly finding a great item.
My reply is below, but yeah I am not my target audience on this one. LOL
I actually do read the info on items I am purchasing, and I say this all laughing because I am that type of person. Depending on the item it hasn’t stopped me from buying anything yet, but if the person has crappy pictures, it’s a used item, and no description I will pass.
I have to remind myself all the time that I am not my target audience and don’t go into detail about every single thing. I think that is why it takes me so long to list sometimes. Thank you for responding. I am certainly going to scale back on what I write.
Thank you for letting me know. I just checked some of my listings from a different account and it looks like those had some stuff cut off, but not enough where they could claim INAD. I will be much more aware of how much and how I list.

Microwise – I decided to put it up for $10 and figured it would probably sit. I don’t know exactly how long it was on but I sold it for that price and received the feedback “excited to find this vintage piece” Kinda wished I had put it for a few more $$$ but I would not say I am disappointed by far! Anytime I make a few $$$ I am thrilled.
I could certainly hear the frustration, but that was where I wasn’t sure if it was real or smoke. I have only been in business for a few months so I didn’t know he was with eBay before. If he said so in the podcast I missed it. I have to say, I bet it was a very satisfying feeling when they called him back.
Wow! Does it have to be the newest version or does it matter?
This is my first time listening to their podcast, I am just curious how much is actually lip service. At one point it reminded me of my old job and when we had company meetings. The upper management/supervisors would be all pumped talking about the “exciting new changes” and we all knew it was a load of BS.
Thank You! I thought it would be a good buy with my coupon. I actually have a ton of boxes in the sizes they offer so I was looking at the other products.
I checked comps and a surprised at how many people were selling individual books. I didn’t have enough time to look in depth, which I plan on doing now.
Oh and reading that Media Mail is only $13 is not bad at all. I don’t do free shipping, but if someone saw a $30 shipping fee that would probably give them pause!
Oh no, I wouldn’t sell the individual books. I meant I would sell each series. The 6 og and then the other 3 book series. Although somehow I did end up with two “Paul of Dune” books.
I haven’t tried Etsy yet, but I would like to.
