Karen, you might see if you can get on the newsletters of the various churches that have the sales you hit or even volunteer to help with future sales. The big Church sale here (fills two gyms) allows volenteers and the church School teachers a night before event before the sale.
Don’t worry too much about the employees. They have to learn like the rest of us and stuff will get by.Some church thrift stores and a massive Salvation Army. Some good stores over in Irvington and Fountain Square.
The canal is up and coming. You might try Irvington and Garfield Park if you looking cheap house in areas that artists are moving to. Usually this means you can take 80k house turn it into 200-300k in 10 years. Plus, still close 465 and a lot of thrift stores.
Might be doing some extensive scavaging near downtown Indy next Thursday if anyone wants to meet up.

But I realize that can be solved with just listing more and having quality items. Bundling is now a new approach for me to get more higher dollar sales and clear out death piles.
Big things I know I can control is inventory. My gut tells me pick it and put in cart; but my mind tells me to research before you buy.

You can see one knife I have treated with a lemon juice solution. Just above that is a knife that the handle was soaked in mineral oil for 24 hours.

Ryanne, I was thinking you and Jay would like critique the video. Thanks will try to remember in the future.
Any hidden costs like special labels or ink?
I did something similar with a life Magazine. Sent priority using the medium flat rate box. Split the seam and folded flat. Some people send records the way. Got the idea from YouTube .
Keep an eye out for a belt hanger or tie hanger. While all the above are great ways to organize. This is just diffrent and gets the belts from being bent. Also peg board with inventory hooks.
Same, but we can try for Feb at half way spot.
Here is an idea. Take a medium flat rate box. As you are clearing out an auction box or old inventory , you toss what takes to much effort just to list on its own. When full, you put it up. It does not have to be 9.99 but what you be willing to take minus the shipping.
Hola Pam and Kevin , Sam here. Sounds like I am in the middle of you two in south broad ripple. I got full time job and eBay on the side. If you are wanting to do another meet up, Tuesdays and Thursdays morning fits me best.
