My gross was about the same as Jay/Ryanne but net was higher due to clearing out old stock with cheap or no buy cost.
I’m running a 30% sale this week next week 40%. Trying to start the New Year with some fresh inventory!

Re: Unpleasant customers. I had a customer that sent an offer, I accepted it. They then started asking a bunch of questions and requested extra pictures after I accepted the offer. So I cancelled the item because they were an obvious problem customer. They of course leave me a negative that eBay told me was going to get removed but hasn’t been removed yet.
If anyone here gets close to eBay please tell them to fix the loophole in the offer system!
I wouldn’t push it with the carrying case. It seems to me the heavier the item is the more likely it will be opened and inspected.
