Hi – When you say “I’m not paying more for the postal service” what does that mean? Are you talking about a UK customs charge? Thanks.

Customer reply:

Hi yes if I new I had to pay an extra £15 of English postage I wouldn’t have ordered it the postage has cost more then the item which I’m not happy about so would like a refund and they will return the item back to sender

Message to customer:

I’m sorry – I cannot freely issue you a refund because you don’t want to pay your local customs charge to receive the package

Okay will leave you a bad review as not impressed with your service at all so I have no item and lost out on money thank you very much 👎🏾
