There was a big hubbub when the Spring Seller Update was released because eBay is pushing “Free Returns”, meaning sellers will eat the return shipping costs and can’t charge a restocking fee if we want to keep our TRS Plus 10% discount. This term “Free”, well it’s not really free. Someone has to pay for it. Regarding “Free Shipping” we prefer the term “Shipping Included” as a more accurate way to describe it since sellers always bump their prices (and now handling charges) up to help pay shipping on an item or, now, a return. But we keep on truckin’ and sellin’.
