Foxing is a type of fungus which loves moisture and paper items. If you need a service you could probably find one by asking who your public library uses, or even better a large University Library. Probably expensive
I sell such materials as is, just mention in the condition that it has foxing and let them decide whether to pay for the conservation.
your marbles are what are called cat eyes.
The ones in the closed listings are known as slag, some of the patterns in there are flames (blue with red), the more flame tips the more the value. Swirls, possibly a cubscout or superman. There is an oxblood in the group. I don’t know a lot, but I do know that cat eyes don’t have much value, the slags most don’t have value but the ones which form patterns do
One other you should look at are the sulphides.
If you go to ebay and do a search on marble, sold items, sorted by highest first you can learn some of them.
……….
Then if you can identify the maker you can add more value (myself I never had any success in this area).
Hope this helps
