When I got a package back a week or two ago for No Longer at This Address, I waited for the package to come back then issued a refund minus shipping, relisted item and had buyer just repurchase it with the proper shipping address in the checkout. Easy peasy.
01/27/2020 at 12:14 pm in reply to: Scavenger Life Episode 447: 2 Month Free Shipping Experiment #73346I am also having Go Daddy issues. Starting in October 2019, the Pirate Ship costs are no longer auto categorizing into Shipping Costs like they used to, they are just showing up as Paypal Fees, so I have to go in one by one and pick out the shipping charges and categorize them one by one. I can’t click the little box to Categorize All Paypal charges to shipping either because that is going to mess up things that aren’t shipping. I’m about to cancel Go Daddy I think. I also can’t find the summary of the Sales Tax on their so I had to add it up manually as well.
I have Unpaid Item Assistant and have it set to 2 days. So much easier than chasing people down for their money. They have 2 days then get an automatic case opened, then 4 days to pay after that then case is closed. You should do it!

All 4 of my kids have taken the class and are really good with spending.

Not with a current loan, but do you think getting new loans will be over? I am thinking since they will not be able to get their 30% of ever sale, etc, that they will stop doing them. Just curious.

Once you have been in it a month or longer it will give you your “If we evaluated you today” evaluation.

Sorry this went through two times somehow.Suggestion: It would be awesome if when a person calls with a question that has been asked, answered, talked about a thousand times on your podcast if you could give them a summarized answer and let them know they really need to go in and listen to ALL the podcasts to fully learn all there is to learn. Most of us have been here since the beginning and I feel like the beginners should really have to start at the beginning like we all did. Example: Global Shipping. Thank you! Have a great visit in Chicago – we are about 45 minutes west of there.
01/22/2017 at 2:36 pm in reply to: Scavenger Life Episode 294: Finding the Valuable Caches and Going All In #10850Super easy way to check your invoice for credits on returns:
Seller Hub – Go to Open Returns – Click on Closed Returns – In a second tab open Account Summary within Seller Hub – Open Most Current Invoice that came out after the return was processed – Scroll down to Credits Paragraph on Invoice and it will list each final value fee credit you received and for which item. You may have to open several different months of invoices depending on how far back you need to go but once you make a habit of checking every month it is so very easy.In response to your topic about the partial return case: There are new options now once the item has been delivered to you. You will be able to choose the option of partial refund minus restocking and shipping due to misuse of returns and the money will automatically be refunded thru Ebay and the case will close. BUT the buyer still gets the chance to escalate if they don’t agree. Please let us know what happens but definitely wait until you get it back so you see those new options. It was a test beta thing that may or may not be rolled out to everyone yet.
