It’s been a couple of weeks so you may have solved the issue by now, but…. Have you tried looking in the Forums on Etsy? You can search for the topic or start a new Discussion. One thing I would do is reach out to the customer via Conversations so that they are aware of the issue and that there is documentation that you are giving good customer service. I only sell vintage on Etsy, so I have no experience with this type of problem.
