Hi Jay! Thanks! And thanks to you and Ryanne for many hours in my car with the podcast!

I mostly do product photography. For years I handled all the product and on model photography for a site called Swell.com that was an ecommerce retailer, then moved on to Billabong for a couple years and then O’neill Surf. Then the wife and I decided to get outta CA to move to SC a few months ago.

I don’t do much different, other than my setup at home (temp in an apartment while we have a house built) is a little mickey mouse. I’m still using a good light and a DSLR, shooting mostly on a pure white background. I like to keep things clean. I know it’s probably a bit overkill, but I’ve been doing it so long it’s just second nature.
