Hi Jay
In my city, we have a landfill that sells “recovered” goods for cheap.
I also do dumpster diving here where I find the most amazing stuff – old electronics which I fix then sell, books, cables of all sorts, used bubble wrap, etc.
We also have thrift shops like St. Vincent De Paul and Salvation Army but in recent years have raised their prices up.
Most of the users of trademe.co.nz is from New Zealand and sometimes you get an occasional Australian resident.
