ok i got through, took about 15 minutes on hold. then i realized i forgot to get another return case closed and have to call again! D’OH!
looks like one that you’d buy at one of those ‘paint your own’ ceramics places. still super cute though!
i have to agree, nothing can prepare you for 100% totality. it’s truly glorious and i wish it lasted a little longer than 2.5 minutes.

i have seen that before, but only when i’m printing labels for GSP. i’ve never been charged for Overnight, because the actual label is Smartpost or Ground. it is a weird bug for sure and annoying.
