Hey Mummers, my daughter says: It’s an “omamori” or good luck charm. They’re sold at temples all over Japan. The kanji on the cover in the tan oval can be translated as “better fortune charm,” the vertical ones on the back “driving safety” and the curved ones on the inside “luck with money/fortune, general happiness, to invite/beckon.” The red kanji are probably the name of the specific temple it was bought at.
If you have your receipts from the Post Office, your tracking numbers are printed on them. You can add the number to your listing now and your item will show as delivered (when it updates; I can’t remember how long it takes.) If you aren’t sure which tracking number goes with which sale, you can plug it into the PO’s online tracker and see where the package went, then check your sold listings to see what matches.
Sigilini – thank you so much for bringing this up and explaining it so well. I had two items sell over the weekend where the buyers picked Retail Ground. When there was no option to purchase Retail Ground on the labels page, I couldn’t figure out what was going on. I purchased FedEx home delivery for one of them and the cost was comparable, but for the other, the difference makes it worth it for me to drive to the PO and buy a Retail Ground label there. What a pain.
So now I want to change my existing Retail Ground listings to another service. Is there a way to search for what shipping service is on each listing? I don’t have Business Policies. And I don’t want to use “change to” in the bulk editor because I usually have both Priority Mail and Retail Ground as choices, and I don’t want to lose the Priority Mail option. Ugh.

Hi, my son was a Japanese language major in college. He says the majority of the block of writing on the left is Korean, and inside the parenthesis is Chinese or Japanese kanji; the bottom kanji is “water”, probably part of a phrase for perfume. He says the writing on the right is very stylized and too difficult for him to make out, but the smaller characters on the far right are probably the brand name. Hope this helps!
