Thank you for the best eBay podcast out there. Sharing your life changed mine and my family’s. We will try to hit you up for more coffee when we pass through again someday. Your authenticity and honesty were much appreciated. You both were inspiring mentors.
Best of wishes from my family to yours.

Yes were driving all the way. Down in Raleigh, North Carolina now looking at possibly moving out of the Hot weather and checking out different areas of the US. Would love to see the roasting shop someday. My wife loves your coffee and we will be ordering more once our latest order is done. Keep up the great work in all your business endeavors. You both are truly inspirational and have changed our lives (Two adults and our two young boys (9 and 12) who now are starting to sell on eBay).

We made it all the way from Gilbert Arizona to the coffee shop and it was awesome. Even better than you guys described. The coffee was amazing, the staff was fabulous, the shop was so cozy. We loved the pay phone in the shop. Sorry to have missed everyone. Luray was so wonderful. Got the newspaper and there was an article in the paper. Took a photo but can’t figure out how to share it with the group. I wanted to personally say to you both thanks as you have been an inspiration in my life. You have changed my life in such a great and positive way. Someday we will come back and hope to stay longer.

Thank you. We will stop by just not sure coming from Arizona takes awhile and have two kids that will slow us down a bit as they are not good in the car.

Ryanne and Jay,
Congrats on opening the coffee shop. We, my wife and two kids are in the planning stages of a trip across the US (From Gilbert, Arizona) and would like to stop in for a coffee. Can you share the address?
Thanks

I used to have great success with filing claims through the web site providing pictures. THEN the last three claims over the past 18 months have all been given the you must provide proof of the item.
So you must have the item sent back to you, bring it down to the USPS office for inspection where they will keep it until the claim is paid. Get proof of the item being left with the USPS because they will claim that it wasn’t brought down to the office.
They are trying to save money through this process knowing people will not go through the hassle. Deny deny deny create barriers until you give up.
Sucks,

Just to add more information to the topic. IF you go back into the listing on my Mac some of the item specifics are gone that I had previously listed.
SO Be careful when listing via more than one computer/phone. Trying different ways and not working out well or at all.
