        Would one reason to keep free returns on be to make it simple to have any neutral or negative feedback removed? Somewhat related, I’m pretty sure I picked up the tip on this podcast about charging for shipping that way I can deduct that amount off in the case of a return. I used to always do free shipping but realized I shouldn’t do that since I couldn’t deduct the initial shipping since it was free. I’m always a little nervous some one will ding me for this with bad feedback for this. Having free returns allows some piece of mind for me.

            Oh no the competition! I’m south of the river as well. Do you hit any thrifts? I mostly do the ones in Lakeville, Burnsville and Apple Valley and having pretty good luck lately.
