I am returning to answer my own question! I posted somewhere else and have since learned that the artist’s name is Tom Fawell and this link was shared:

I had initially thought the pieces were 40s style, but he was working in the 60s and 70s.

With my newfound information I have since found this sold listing on eBay for $19.00
