Mike,
I’ve looked at so many sets of photography lights tonight and I just do not understand the differences between sets. I want a budget friendly quality set. Can you point me towards what set of 4 I should get? (Or set of two I can purchase twice) There’s so many to choose from it’s insane. Im going to stop at hobby lobby tomorrow and get the white and grey felt. I have the perfect spot in my basement to setup for pictures, very exciting!Mike thank you so much, I really appreciate that fantastic information. I will definetly use your advice. Thank you!
Found it. Thanks Jay
Can anyone tell me a couple specific things I can’t do using a browser on an iPad to list? Or specific downsides? What can I not do with a tablet? Sorry this might be obvious but I’m a super beginner.
So I can list from just using the browser on a tablet right? I actually prefer a tablets keyboard and I can also edit photos from my iPad very fast as well. Everyone I’ve asked says to use a laptop, I just don’t really get why??? Maybe a laptop has slightly faster processing speed compared to a tablet, but I’m not sure if that’s even true. Help! What am I missing???????
Oh I wanted to say if anyone is ever in the Hartville area there is a great flee market at the Hartville Kitchen and Marketplace. Only go on a Saturday if it’s not raining and especially any holiday (Memorial Day, July 4 weekend) it is huuuge and the prices are good. Also the Hartville thrift shop is great, it’s in the old Hartville Hardware building.
Thanks for the info, yes I definetly don’t see a size in there. One dollar well spent to learn that. This forum is amazing!
Awesome thanks Jay!

So is just white poster board the best backround for items? Also what should I use to edit my photos and what is the goal for editing? Sorry if these are dumb questions. Another thing, I have an iPad and a galaxy note 9. Can I take pictures with my iPad and list my item using my iPad? Does a laptop make it easier? How long should I save the photos on my iPad? On average how many photos should I have on listings?
Thanks everyone! So I’ve known about eBay for a long time, I’ve purchased items, and have listed a handful of items over the years. Now that I understand a good scavenger strategy I’m pumped to start listing a lot! I have prob 200 items right now and I need to start posting but I’m still trying to figure out the best way to take pictures and what all I need. Does their happen to be a beginners guide on these forums?
