I think I’m just depressed and as I’m doing my sales invoices for 2017 I’m noticing that I am profiting an average of 50% on my items. Some are more some are less. I do this full time and I’m a volume seller so I typically list 100 items each week. It would be so nice to see shipping and fees decrease just once. It all cuts into profits. I still love ebay though and I also tried Amazon for awhile but didn’t have much luck with it like you guys. I am very blessed to do what I love to do.

When I research items I look up whether it was offered with free shipping or with shipping and incorporate that into what I ask for with the listing. So technically not really losing money but hate paying $2.66 on items that weigh next to nothing!

Wanted to update you guys on the situation. I contacted Amazon and told them about the situation. They totally backed me up stating that I do not need to refund the customer any money. Also if she would leave me bad feedback it would be reversed. I am glad that they stick up for their sellers!

Thanks Jay! I checked tracking and it actually was delivered today-one day before I could start the claims process. Hows that for good timing! I appreciate the information because I’m sure it will come up again in the future.
