No, I’m not in Managed Payments–I don’t have a store yet. Yes, I called eBay last week and they told me they had released the funds and it was Paypal’s problem, not theirs. I’ll try eBay again.
I did call eBay. Ugh! The problem was that I had changed my email after the listing. I changed it everywhere I was supposed to, eBay, PayPal; however, it was an older listing so the deeper level of communication regarding payment was still linked to my old email address. I’m not sure how I would’ve known this or how to change it, but it’s solved now. We had to switch to Classic eBay to get a label to print, but all good now. Thanks for the help!
That was my first thought–a scam. I’ve previously dealt with that. However, I checked out the buyer before I accepted his offer and he looks legit and we’ve chatted back and forth through eBay. He is concerned about his account and it having an unpaid item on it.
My Sold page shows: “Buyer hasn’t paid yet”, “Payment Initiated”, “Your funds will be available by Nov. 6”, but there’s no Shipping Label. Order details page shows: “Funds pending. <span class=”ng-binding ng-scope” data-ng-if=”salesOrder.fundsReleaseDate”>Estimated availability: Friday, Nov 6, 2020.” It shows a shipping address for the buyer, as well as the order total including shipping and tax. Still no label.</span>
