Really unusual and somewhat alarming, that we have two stores and have not sold 1 item this weekend. The only reason I even know our stores are still online is that we received a bid for a purse today. Wow! Hopefully others are selling, because we are not. One store has nearly 700 items and the other has 125. Typically we sell on average 3-5 items per day. In fact, we spent the better part of this weekend actively listing, as well. Looking forward to hearing how others are doing!
Thanks Mike. I think I will wait a bit and re-list them using your ideas. Basically the word CUTCO cannot appear anywhere in the listing, correct? Appreciate the info and help. VERO Club- Love it! TC
Latest update on this issue-
Called eBay again as my new listings are still not showing. The rep I spoke with told me it is a bug with the eBay App-, not the classic website. I confirmed my new listings were in fact showing on the classic site, but not through the app on my iPad, (when I viewed my store as a buyer). I did express that many buyers use mobile devices to purchase through eBay and this was concerning. He said my stores were added to the IT list. Hoping the will be resolved soon.
Thanks so much for the help. Listed the chess set last night and it sold overnight for $125. Great return on our $6. In true scavenger fashion, thinking we priced too low. BUT- we will be happy with the $125 and look for more cool stuff.
So appreciate the feedback!
Thanks for the great ideas!
Thanks, didn’t realize the advanced search had this option for GS! Learn something everyday.

12/28/2016 at 11:33 pm in reply to: What the highest price/ biggest profit item you have ever sold on Ebay? #9054Sold a wood toy, Kay Bojesen ‘Conversion Car’ that we found at an early spring yard sale. The guy said his kids played with the car when they were growing up but had no interest in it so he was ready to sell. Bought it for $2 and sold it on best offer to a buyer in Japan for $400! Kay Bojesen is known for wood monkeys, but this car was a rare find.
My package delivered today! I called the 800 number again and an automatic message asked me if I was calling about tracking number 113….. When I confirmed, the robo message told me it was in Chicago (headed to Delaware). Sure enough, 3 days later it delivered. I communicated with the buyer almost daily and he sent me a super nice message today. Bummer I paid for priority and it took 12 days to deliver…. Thanks for the the tip Ryanne.

I have also made that same mistake and was very surprised to discover that different sized shoes and boots sell! ( And for a decent price)
Good guess! No clothes, mostly boots, bicycle parts and gear, some hats. Trying to keep this store smaller with high end merchandise. Our main store is a real mix of all sorts of items. $10-$300.
First time posting our numbers. Had a very good week, lots of boots and outdoor gear! Now to get back to listing on a regular basis….
