I prefer selling weird old stuff, but have had a harder time finding unusual stuff right now so I’ve been selling more commodity items lately.
The items are Artistry skin care products – random ones but all sealed in box and range in selling price of $25 – $150 and actually do sell. Huge lot, would probably end up paying very little per item (maybe a $1-3?)
But from everything you’re saying its sounds like they would definitely see the listings over time and I don’t won’t to lose my eBay account or have problems listing in the future. Or threatened by the brand itself.
Definitely know its a huge scam, would just be buying someones old inventory
Would you feel comfortable listing a large amount of the stuff on eBay?
We originally had several storage units and then decided a warehouse would be easier. We pay $750 a month for around 1700 – 1800 sq ft of space. Its good for our personal stuff, furniture for the antique mall and our eBay stuff. I hate paying that much in rent and have been looking to build a large garage but construction cost is insane here at the moment and quotes have been crazy high.
No employees at the moment, really like keeping it simple with just us. But it sounds like y’all have done well with your new employee.
Thanks! We are able to keep 500-600 items on a month and sell on average 225-250 items a month. We currently rent a warehouse and have a large inventory that needs to be listed, so hopefully we can get a bunch listed this year.
Listening to the podcast motivates us to get on top of the death piles and setting larger goals for the future.
