Weekly Note: I listen to a lot of Youtuber’s and Audio Books to pass the time listing or just doing anything I need for Ebay.. And by far this weeks highlight is by far Jay Singing Pink… lol
I do have a better topic that has been in my mind for weeks… might be something you and ryanne can touch upon in a future pod cast.. A premium store is $60 a month.. but than its a jump to $300.00 to anchor.. its 9000 more fix priced listings but its a big monthly jump in fees… long ago what sort of thoughts and numbers did, yous run thru your minds to take that plunge…
No 8 tenants over 12 months, split between 6 properties… Each state is different and county as well.. In pa, in luzerne county its 30 days notice, than if they refuse… its a court date.. so most times 30 days.. trouble people up to 90 days… if its winter longer

Than I go to manage my store and categories, all, and that total doesn’t match my total in the seller hub
I must have not given 16 listing a store category.. I was just wondering if there was a way to see what listing don’t have a store category set.. without clicking revise and the checking each 1, one at a time.. Its prolly a function that doesn’t exist..I just like it for quick editing; go to active select a store category, to narrow the field.. than bulk edit… that’s how i do it?
8 tenants over 12 months.. 1 at least would have some issue each month.. so whats that 12.5%… you would need a bigger test group for a better reading… You would have more temp tenants with an airbnb.. what was Ryanne and your experience?
Check, Check and Check, to each of those.. I know you and Ryanne, have been doing air bnb for sometime. Now this 3rd building which i’m not 100% sure what ur plans are, since I haven’t tuned in to Ryanne and her sis on the other podcast…
Long term rental and short term, are different of course.. but the general Idea is the same..
Plan, plan, plan adjusted when needed of course, but planning is first… than screen everyone, as much as you can, without it becoming weird… than late and no rent, damages.. you gotta take as it comes at you…
I can write a novel do’s and don’ts.. hell two novels on donts.. its like anything you do in life trial and error..

I was managing them, rent collecting, landscaping, small repairs etc… I found I don’t really like hunting down money, and listening to people bitch about stuff.
I rather sit home, take photo’s, list and ship.. than either go out looking for stuff, or buy big lots on ebay, and break them up..
I been doing it along time.. Its now just going to be my sole focus..
From ebay talk, saving money, life style, and all the other stuff you and ryanne talk about since way back when it was Ebay scavengers, when you did it with mike and wendy..
This just seems like the place, I should be hanging.. lol
