Leave it to Jay to get to the bottom of it. Yes, if you list the something as:
“large First-Class Mail envelopes and parcels, the maximum weight is 13 oz.
In editing the listing I also changed it to “large envelope” and that was the issue with it not being able to be listed as first class when it was over 13 ounces. Thanks for helping everyone.
Great question. I was just editing a listing that I originally had for 15 ounces. When I edited the item the Ebay page would not allow me to have it as first class. It gave me a hard stop error message saying that it had to be 13 ounces or less to be listed as first class. The only way to update the listing was to change it to priority. Maybe the printing of the labels will not change until after the first of the year and Ebay is trying to get everyone ahead of it with any new listings?
Thanks Jay, always nice to have a second opinion to reassure yourself.
Yes, I am kind of behind on my episodes, but I noticed this too. That player is actually from one town over from where I live in Indiana. I have a feeling that guy was saying that was his name just to mess with people to see if someone noticed.
I thought about doing that, but if the tracking does not upload until I ship in 2-3 weeks it should still show as shipping late.
Thanks Sharyn & Jay, I will update you as to how it goes.
