Hi.
Just wanted to the let people, who are opted in to the guaranteed delivery program, know that there are a few issues.1). Had a customer open an item not received request this morning. Customer lives in PA. I live in OK. She had bought the item on Monday (priority flat rate), I shipped on Tuesday (one day handling), and eBay guaranteed the delivery by Wednesday. Clearly a glitch. I called eBay about it, and I know I’m covered because I did my part, but now I have an unsatisfied customer.
2). Started looking at my listings across different browsers, and realized that Chrome was the only browser that showed my listings as guaranteed delivery. That is also the browser that I list with. I checked with other sellers that I follow who also use guaranteed delivery and it was the same. Only showed up on Chrome. So if buyers are using a different browser, they are not seeing your listings as guaranteed delivery.
3). Those listings that are on a different browser that do NOT show the guaranteed delivery, have delivery dates SOONER than the guaranteed ones. I know this is partly due to location, but customers from one state away are being shown a later delivery date on guaranteed delivery. Had a customer from Texas message us if we couldn’t get it to him sooner since he was only 100 miles away. So how many customers, closer to me, am I losing because they think they won’t get it for 4 days.
Sorry so long. Just some things to think about.
JoAnn
Here are a couple more pictures. I hope I’m linking these correctly.
I have no idea. It weighs almost 3 pounds. The box inside has doors that open and it sits in the top area of the larger one. Looks kind of like a jewelry box. There are small rings/mounts on the sides that look like little poles went through them (kind of like the Ark of the Covenant). My picture doesn’t show them.

We once had a potential buyer ask us “Is the shade of red in this shirt more like a tomato red or more like an American flag red?”. So I photographed the shirt next to a tomato and an American flag and made them decide.
