Thank you Jay!

I switch around based on what I find, primarily household items and decor, a lot of holiday ornaments, smaller items but am branching out and working with a person that has been hosting estate sales for over 20 years in this area so I get a lot of inventory from clean outs at the end of each sale.

My goal this year is to set myself up for higher sales averages and tracking my numbers in order to set myself up to be out of debt with a 3-6 month savings and quit my full time job. I really appreciate that you and Ryanne are so open and am looking forward to communicating with people that understand this lifestyle.
