Yes! Winter has really driven this to what it is today… We are in “wonderful” Indiana.
Hi Habnab, thanks so much for all of the great info! You have echoed what our artist friend told us earlier today… it is a watercolor with what looks like ink. We have learned so much about art in the last few days because of this painting.
We will be bookmarking the findartino page as well, what a great resource.

Hi and thanks for the replies! We have tried the name as ArtIr, ArtOr, and ArtUr. We could not find any info. The painting was framed at a local place, Artco Frame Shop & Gallery in Terre Haute, In. The shop opened in late 73′ and catered to local artists.
We are not quite sure where to place this in terms of style. Wife says expressionism and that is as close as I can come too…
We want to list the painting as correctly as possible. We both love art, but are not pros.
