Thanks Sharyn & Amatino. It is indeed a Dewberry. We did try searching using that but to no avail. Yes we will price high with BO to see what the price point might be. Surely it’s worth more than farm fresh eggs? =P Regarding the mechanism, we bought a replacement that I will put on. But only after we clean it — it’s filthy. Thanks again! Bill O.

I was trying to be brief…too brief I see. On the account page there are multiple components making up ‘Your Seller Level’. One is called ‘Tracking Uploaded on time and validated’. We have one ‘uploaded late’. That sale was in the beginning of December. At that time the buyer asked us to delay shipping until near Christmas. We called eBay as our trusted advisor. The rep stated that we could mark the item as shipped and then ship it later (near Christmas). We did as told and communicated all along the way with the buyer. The emails to/from the buyer are available in eBay so that we would be protected. This week as we were looking at the Seller Update, we noticed the upcoming change in percentage to maintain top rated. Thus we went to look at the tracking expecting to see no dings against us, but found this one. Calling eBay, we were told about the 90 day rule as I mentioned above. We are being told that this ‘late tracking’ will be held against us for a year but that after 90 days we are not allowed to dispute it. Furthermore, even if an eBay rep is sympathetic, we are being told they can not make any changes. Nor their supervisors. I am just seeking confirmation of this. If it’s not the case, we will continue calling until the cows come home.
