Vacations mostly. But we have a bucket for some of the profits to hopefully buy a piece of land with a warehouse to store inventory. Just following the blueprint that you guys talk about in your podcast. It makes sense. I am hoping in 8 years we can make that down payment for the land and house.

It started with clothes and shoes. I didn’t want to be pigeon holed into one category. So I buy anything that will make a profit. I love collectibles. You can’t find them anywhere and they usually sell for a higher price point. Generally I do a quick search on Ebay to see if there is value before buying an item.
