Well it worked! I called eBay 3 times this morning and the third rep agreed with me. They closed the return and the buyer will not be able to leave feedback. Thank you guys for the advise. To be honest I came to the forum more to vent than anything else. It seems eBay can be a lonely business that family and friends don’t understand.

This forum was helpful in two ways: Giving me a place to vent and also giving useful advice. I will definitely be more involved in the forums. Thanks!

I feel like I’m missing something too. Its weird how two reps can have such different opinions. The reason was “arrived damaged” But they were actually damaged while sitting on the doorstep.
