Where is my quarterly coupon? Did you get yours?

I called Ebay 4 times now to ask about my quarterly coupon and so far all they can tell me is that they go out in batches and that mine should arrive before the end of April. Nothing so far. You?

Update: On this last call the fellow was US Based and said he would submit a ticket because he said he got some other calls like mine. And he said he will get me the coupon by end of today and he will write me an email as soon as this is sorted out.

Well this doesn’t help you out, but just for the record, we were able to access ours on April 1st mid-morning, placed our order and receievd product by the first weekend.

Good luck. Surely it must be a glitch.

The coupons are no longer sent out.

You can access it yourself.

Go to eBay Seller Hub.
Scroll down to Seller tools.
Select Manage Store.
Select subscriber discounts, under Store Design on the left navigation.
Click on the eBay Shipping Supplies Coupon,
Then, go to the eBay Shipping Supplies store.
Enter coupon code at checkout, and you are done.

Sheesh! Are you serious? Is there a reason that Ebay reps don’t know this information? I called four times! The rep I spoke to today did follow through and I got my code on my summary page. Same code the link you provided has.

Also, since we are on the topic of coupons, are promotion coupons yearly or quarterly? The ones where you get 30.00 toward promoting your listings.

Thank you for the help, very useful information and I saved the link so I know for the future. I feel stupid and happy in equal measure for not know about this.

I think the promoted listings credits for TRS are quarterly.
