What do you do with a returned package?

I got my first return due to a bad address. Buyer has not complained. The tracking shows the complete circuit that the package made via USPS.

Do I reach out to the buyer? Or maybe contact Ebay?

Anyone have experience with this?

I’d cancel the order and provide a refund.  If shipping wasn’t included in the price of the sale, then don’t refund the shipping cost.

Go ahead and re-list the item and let the buyer know they can buy again.
