  I just put a 20% off sale up and selected all of my items as I figured that the algorithm would decide what qualified. Oddly enough, items that I listed literally last night (brand new listings, not relists) are now marked 20% off. I thought that there was a block on anything that didn’t qualify as being 14 days old and not having the price lowered for some period of time. Interesting…maybe there was pushback and Ebay lifted this? I’m so confused.
