Outstanding week of sales this week — 52 sold listings from my eBay store which had 330ish items at the beginning of the week and is now closer to 300. I love to see it! Need to get back to the grind of listing to keep the momentum, though.
The big catalyst was a multiple times repeat buyer who purchased 7 team-organized card lots in one order. My net was $15.65 on most of them since he offered $19 on all but one of the lots. I price most of these lots at $29.99 and my minimum offer is $18. I like to wait for $20 to $25 for them and one or two sell at full price every few days. But I was thrilled to move so much inventory at once. I am in a perpetual state of sorting cards, but if orders like this keep coming in, it will be easy to stay organized and keep the flow of sales coming. The buyer left me nice feedback and sent me a personal message too.
My big sale this week was my last Paul Skenes autograph, which sold for $134 net before his electric start last week where he pitched seven innings allowing no hits. On Tuesday, Skenes will be the first rookie to start the All-Star Game since Japanese great Hideo Nomo in 1995, and before that Fernando Valenzuela in 1981. I am sadly out of Skenes autographs now, but it’s been a fun and profitable ride and I will keep riding the waves with his less expensive cards.
A rare sale of an item not related to sports memorabilia or sports/non-sports cards: this Bill Clinton presidential inauguration ticket for $10.24 net. Nothing crazy, but a few bucks profit. Eventually I will get back to regularly listing items like these (I have a few bins worth) but for now I’m sticking with my main niche since it’s been going so well.
Finally, three more pieces of Elvis this week: one plaid pajama relic card and a pair of Japanese kimonos, the second of which sold for full-price a few hours after I listed it. I have three more Elvis cards in the queue to get listed over the next few days, and a few more on their way to me. $20 net every time. I’m all shook up by these Elvis cards!
What did you sell this week?

Appreciate the heads-up on Bass Weejuns. I had never heard of that brand and I would like to own a well made pair of shoes someday.
That dinner chime is wild. I was shocked at the sold price, then I saw the pictures and felt like at least I could see some value from the construction of the instrument and its condition. Your sold price is great compared to comps. How did you figure out pricing?
Curious about the pager system, too. $200!?
I have been trying to learn about Pokemon and other TCG items, but it is slow going. I have a hard time retaining what is valuable and what isn’t, probably because it’s all new to me and there are a lot of small differences to keep track of. But one of my favorite things about reselling is that there are always new things to learn.

For the dinner chime I believe there were some terapeak solids close to $400 when I listed it.
i had the box and condition was pretty good so I mooned it out.Pokémon tcg is just too much for me. Junk to quality ratio is bad. Lots of fakes. Sooo much to learn.
Pokémon came out when I was in high school and I missed it. Now on the other hand, digimon was DOPE!that was must see TV.
and on that note, digimon is a major BOLO. The action figs are big money. The original handheld digivice are hundreds of dollars.
