I would offer that with this being a public forum which is accessible to anyone world wide, posting listings with any kind of seller identifiers under the category of worst listing/photo may not be the direction to go in especially because it could negatively effect a seller. I am not a lawyer, but I believe that if a seller is negatively effected by another posting about them in a negative light, it may be actionable.

In addition, calling out sellers can lead to somewhat of a negative environment in this forum. This would be especially so if it is one of our listings/pictures that unknowingly gets submitted because the names we use in here are not necessarily connected to our stores.

1. I would offer that there is no such thing as an anonymous picture grab on the internet.
2. Pictures posted by sellers on ebay are copyright protected.
3. According to the forum statistics posted below, there are 3,595 members, so it is possible that an “anonymous picture” could be actually be that of a member or that of a member’s friend or family member. If it is, it would leave the member in a precarious situation. Do they publically comment that the picture or listing is theirs or that of someone they know and yes they agree it is bad or do they comment in the forum that they do not appreciate their picture or listing being included and want it taken down? Or do they message J&R directly about it in order to have it removed?
4. Anything that is public and community based such as SL can not hold space for the public tearing down of others work because it then no longer serves as a safe space for all to participate in and can create a very hostile environment.
5. If a seller wants to share their listing and/or pictures and openly asks for feedback (good or bad) that is a different story because they knowingly chose to submit the picture and/or listing for feedback.

I follow the search “Buffalo Bills” as I am a fan and buy the odd item for my collection.

I recently saw a “Buffalo Bills NHL Stanley Cup Champion” banner from Hong Kong. It was so crazy, I had to buy it for my office as a conversation piece at work (it was just over $4 with shipping).

Still some are available. I have no clue how such an item would have been created.

Amazing! After comic books and toy soldiers, and before my hobby turned to buying and selling, I started collecting Vintage Hong Kong figures. It is so funky cool what low wage, worker driven, assembly line factory work can produce overseas with all the language/culture barriers. By the time the factory gets the production order, cuts corners, runs out of paint and such, the end product is far from what was ordered. Old Hong Kong Christmas ornaments are especially wild! I hunt that stuff!
