Cabbage and beef stir fry
Napa cabbage is particularly good in this. I don’t make the wasabi mayo sauce. It honestly doesn’t need it.

Broccoli beef (instant pot)
I used grass fed stew meat, sesame oil, and a very small amount of Sway sweetener. The instant pot makes this taste restaurant quality.

Palak Paneer
I found a store that sells paneer cheese, but it’s also easy to make. I make this when I make butter chicken in the instant pot and we have an Indian feast. My spouse took leftovers to work for lunch and his co-workers were really jealous.

lucky sparrow! Thank you so much for sharing! I tried the beef and cabbage stir fry and it will stay in my “go to” Keto recipes! I thought and I think I saw a short cut for this recipe … to use the bagged coleslaw to get the red and green cabbage – but I think those bags have carrots (not Keto) in them too.
I just started the Keto about 3 weeks ago – loving it! Hard to lose weight when you spend so much time on the computer everyday listing on Ebay! And not moving around! 😂
