Hello peoples,
The last day or so I have noticed an issue when listing. My wife lists a lot of fabric and there are a lot of item specifics. In her draft she has most of these pre filled. The problem seems to be that when she takes her photos on the app and the draft is saved, all of the specifics are now blank! Is anyone else experiencing this?

This has been happening to me a lot lately! I’m listing clothes. I create a draft and then open the draft on my phone to add pictures. At that point, nearly 75% of the item specifics have automatically deleted so I have to save the draft, go back to my desktop and reenter the specifics. It’s maddening and I’m not sure why more people don’t seem to be having this same issue. I just updated the app on my iphone thinking maybe that could be a cause but it was not.

Yes. This is happening to us also. My wife starts drafts on her computer (starting with a pre-filled template). She adds in all the remaining item specifics. Then she switches to her phone and takes photos through the app. After taking photos, many items specifics disappear which is super annoying. This has been happening to us for at least a few days, maybe 5 – 7 days.
