Is Your eBay seller protections monthly summary messed up?

  It’s not a big deal, but I was wondering if anyone noticed a screw up in the “Your eBay seller protections monthly summary” email or eBay message that we started getting several months ago.
  
  Below is the graphic that eBay is giving me. It says that I have 30-day returns for 3% of my listings, and 97% are not. This is OPPOSITE of what I have. I have 30 day returns for almost all my listings. However, for a few non-working or damaged items, I have no returns.
  
  This should be opposite
  
  It’s not a huge deal or anything. I know how my listings are setup, but it is another example of eBay’s software glitches and how they don’t proofread, test, and double and triple check things like they should.
  
  Anyway, I was just wondering if other folks saw this or does everyone just ignore useless corporate BS?
  
  I suppose there is the off-chance that only mine is messed up or that my store is corrupted and I actually do have something screwed up with my return policy? I’ve checked, but who knows?

  Oh, you’re not the only one…mine are backwards, too. Hopefully these sorts of silly mistakes are because they’re focusing 100% of their accuracy mojo on the important stuff. But it doesn’t look good, I agree.

  Mine was wrong last month. I didn’t even bother opening this months before deleting it.

  I saw the same error as well and decided not to think about it after I checked that my listings were still correct. I don’t ignore these messages – I like seeing how the seller protections have kicked in for me in terms of defects removed, credit for return shipping and ability to reduce refund amounts.

  I just sent a message to eBay for Business on Facebook. I would think that they would know about this, but I sent it anyway.

  I think it was the same last month as well. Another minor, and fortunately inconsequential , screw-up by ebay.

  Sharyn, Thanks for letting them know. Pretty embarrassing for eBay if you ask me… it seems like that should be an easy coding fix.
