Someone from Brazil asked me about an item. I responded and offered a slightly lower price. He replied that he has to call Ebay to get his account in order and would then like me to re-send the offer. I forgot exactly the amount I offered.
I’ve looked in the Bids/Offers section, but that has only to do with you as a buyer, not a seller. It isn’t in the message area that I can see. I know I’ve looked for an offer in the past to see what I wrote or what I offered, and I’ve never been able to find it.
Does anyone know where to find it?
Thanks!

Go to the Seller’s Hub and look under listings – Active. Look all the way over to the right of the chart. You will see a colunm which says bids. It will show you bids for all listings.

Also under Active listings, in the item’s drop down menu for that item that is on the left side (first column – at least usually), there should be an “review all offers” option you can select.

Thanks AdventureE and sonia but I think what Sharyn is asking about is outgoing offers. I’ve got the same problem – I recently sent out a couple “reply with offer” messages in response to messages and I can find no record of them anywhere. They don’t show in Offers and the outgoing message does not show up in Sent Messages. There is a note on the incoming message that I replied to the message, but there is no link to my reply.

Yes, I tried to look in both places recommended by AdventureE and sonia, but I didn’t see anything and I’m pretty sure I looked there before.
I have a need to call Ebay for some other issue, so I’ll add this to my list of questions.

This may be a stupid question, but have you gone to your Messages tab and looked under “Sent”?

Yes, I have.
I feel like I have scoured all of my available sites – messaging, My Ebay, selling, purchasing, Old version, new version. I give up and will call Ebay tomorrow.

Doesn’t help for this case, but perhaps activate the eBay email program. it sends you an email for everything you have, all your sales, offers, shipping. It’s a PITA to get all the mail, but I just chuck it in a folder labelled “eBay”. I’ve referred to it so many times to clear up issues that it’s worth it to me. It helped me find my “suspicious buyer” information just last week.

From the seller hub, click on the “listings” tab. In the top area under “manage active listings” there is a search box (mine defaults to “all listing states”. That is actually a drop down box, so click on that and you will see “with offers”. If you select “with offers” and then search, you can see both offers you’ve received and counter offers sent.

Yes, that will show the items where someone made an offer or where I made a counteroffer. However, when someone sends me a message with a question, and I “reply with offer”, I have no way of seeing what I offered or the message I sent with the offer.
I called Ebay yesterday, and the customer service agent (who didn’t seem too knowledgeable) wanted to reply via email. The response she sent back showed that she really didn’t understand the question as she answered something completely different.
I’m calling back now.

OK, I’ve finally have an answer. The customer service rep sent me a link. If you replace the #### in the link with your item number, you can see “offers you’ve sent” for the item. I can’t see the message I sent, but at least I can see the offer amount.

She said that they are aware of the issue and will add that function at some later time.
As an aside, I originally called yesterday with three questions altogether:
The first is that I opted in to business policies over a week ago, and it hasn’t been set up yet. The answer is “The challenges you are experiencing with the Business Policies are technical issues which should be resolved shortly”.
The second is that I wanted to add variations to an existing listing, but the button doesn’t come up. Basically, I have to start a new blank listing to get the variations. Again, it is a technical issue that they are aware of.
The third is this offer issue, which at least I received the link today as an answer.

i wish that link were more visible somewhere, i’ve had the same issue several times where people are asking me questions about the offer and i’m like “what was the offer again??”
